Cancellation Policy

At Ani's Spa, we understand that sometimes plans change. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to provide notice 24 hours in advance, you will lose 100% of your deposit. Late Policy: If you are 10 minutes late and we can no longer accommodate your appointment, it will be considered a missed session, and our cancellation policy may apply. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
